Linux Support #462

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Yes, there's no linux port

Describe the solution you'd like i want to be able to run the software on linux

Additional context i want to uninstall haxchii from my snes classic, and remove all the games there. but im not able to, please do make a linux port

Not a fix, but it should run through mono

make sure you have libusb installed
