[x] Create GET route for all open jobs
[x] Set up JSX for search fields and card/table rendering
[x] Create GET route for search params

Need to hammer out what details are needed on each list item Need to create filtering to exclude closed jobs Need to create click listener - when search result is clicked, user is taken to the job details page
