Setting timezone (adding TZ env) #58

Hello, currently you can't set the timezone with TZ=Europe/Berlin could you please add that feature? It would just need tzdata package to be installed as of my understanding.

probably for me this issue leads to another issue where the connection to receive updated revocation lists are rejected (log excerpt: |INFO |ServerLibPriv | |failed to download revocation list - count: 1)
