Treat it the same as SXC's precision, so it doesn't need to be removed before adding slows.

SpieIer requests it for the Solar Master's melee weapons.

We gotta check which other unit got precision on melee in others eras and recognize it too to be more fair

Maybe we could find someone who plays SXC with other eras, and get them to be co-maintainer.

Turned out to be easier than I thought, although I've only added the Ageless Era version for now. Done in 6ddfb40a1137c88460c48f3b54cb671cea3fe1fb.

Wondering whether to close the issue, or keep it open while considering other eras.
