1.16 has a new regen +4 ability in core #61

Need to add support for converting that to megaregen or minorregen.

It's ABILITY_SELF_HEAL. In 1.18, the only default unit type with this ability is the Dune Herbalist line. Definitely should only go to minorregen, given that that unit type gets megacures for free too.

Testing on 1.18 with the same ability code as SXC 0.3.3 / 0.3.3.1, the ability gets converted to megaregen. So it's already supported, but might just need a nerf.
