Write isometric rendering function that works with TMX maps and mobs. Will need to isometric depth sort non-floor-tile objects (walls and mobs).
Use LibGDX TMXMapLoader and TiledMap.
We'll need to write something like LibGDX's isometric renderer, but one that actually works. https://github.com/libgdx/libgdx/blob/master/gdx/src/com/badlogic/gdx/maps/tiled/renderers/IsometricTiledMapRenderer.java
This should happen in the World class.
Update: LibGDX's TMXMapLoader/TiledMap do not actually support animated tiles, we have to kludge it.
