Describe the bug
when the text padding is being used, it will often operate at random without context as to what is being written down unless the padding is set to 3
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to the text padding
change the value
Expected behavior
the text padding should be changed according to the actual padding level that is being set

the text padding often will be quite random for some reason as well giving inconsistent results
