change window.title according to loading-screen-status #87

Should the title not contain the video name, room name and site name in that order? That seems better to me.

hmmm i think this is a topic which can be discussed about at a later point. Or we'll just leave it to the admin? (site-admin not channel-admin)

Sure, making it customizable is usually the best.

Maybe have a little pseudo-language input so the page admin can work with utmost flexibility.
