Add this Mod! Tinker's Addons #7

It's an extremely light mod, it simply adds a few items (such as Goldenblock+diamond, which has only one use) that allow more modifiers to be applied to Tinkers tools. The old version of a modifier is also re-added with this mod (autorepair AKA repair moss). This mod would be useful to further allow customization of such tools.
