feat(zh_tw.json): Add Traditional Chinese Language Support #2135

Notes: Translation are directly made from Simplified Chinese (zh_cn). There might be some terms that differ from those used in Taiwan, but all the text is now in Traditional Chinese.

I think TeamTwilight handles all language files through their Crowdin project rather than direct PR.

Direct PRs are fine too, either works.
