Group tab not showing. #179

Expected behavior

When opening the ULX menu by typing !menu, there should be a "Groups" tab.

Actual behavior

The "Groups" tab does not show up.

Version

Run "ulx version" in console and paste the result ULX v3.73w Ulib v2.63w

Make sure you are in a group that has access to xgui_managegroups.
