open_help command broken #2

The open_help command, added to facilitate opening the help system from the Emacs integration, does not work. Running it results in the following error dialog:

This happens both in "normal" and "mostly headless" modes.

Seems to be resolved as of 595f066ba47ddc067932b65a83d92855c2d42e2a. Reopen if issue reappears.
