1) Let the user know they have to acknowledge flashing the zip.
Today it says: -- Install /sdcard/path/whatever.zip
Provide some feedback to the user prompting them to acknowledge someway (example, Hit power again to begin flashing)
2) There is a lag when the flashing procedure begins. I suspect the recovery is doing the signature verification during this time. Upon the flashing process beginning and/or when the signature verification starts, let the user know what is happening.
