Timezone setting not persisting between reboots #3

Changed Timezone to EST (-5). Timezone was properly reflected. Rebooted back into recovery and timezone was reset not displaying time in EST.

It appears that the setting in the change settings doesn't select the previous timezone, but the value does persist. It is rather confusing. You can edit your bug and re-open or I'll enter a new one for you.
