Create specific function to delete backups please (not part of restore) #100

As a DFU, I have repeatedly done the following when trying to remove old backups. I have to go to the restore menu to see the current backups. I see that I have to select the backup and choose delete, but more often than not, I just swipe the slider and restore the backup i wanted to delete and I haven't backed up the current rom yet. I'll repeat I'm a moron, but we tend to travel in large packs.

So, separating the maintenance (delete or rename) of backup files from the restore screen would be great. Prompting the user if the current image needs to be backed up first would also be nice.

Love the work!

I'm not a DFU and I've never done this, but I can see how it would happen and that there's room for improvement. Perhaps the Backup & Restore functionality could be grouped under a general "Backups" item which would also include new functions such as Delete and Verify backups (i.e. validate that the MD5 signatures match after creating a backup before moving on to perform other destructive actions)?
