Nexus 6p Android 8.1 and TWRP 3.2 disappearing #1251

My issue is as follows: I thought I was successfull in twrp installation process over nexus 6p with oreo 8.1, with june's updates. I was sucessfull unlocking bootloader, installing TWRP, and booting into it (recovery mode). I saw twrp window menu. Perfect. Even installed a root access. Almost perfect. But, always a but, when rebooting the phone, twrp disappears. Simple as that. When pressing recovery mode, there was the dead android. Power and volume up, send me to good old google recovery menu. Somebody is aware of this?

you have to disable stock recovery auto installation
