Device codename: blueline TWRP version: 3.3.0.0

WHAT STEPS WILL REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM?

1. Root phone, install TWRP via https://www.xda-developers.com/google-pixel-3-unlock-bootloader-root-magisk/
2. Install System update. Bootloader is still unlocked, but Magisk Manager no longer has root and TWRP is no longer available in recovery mode.
3. Try to install TWRP again.

I get this error:

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED RESULT?

Expected result: TWRP boots, and I can install it and reinstall magisk as well.

WHAT HAPPENS INSTEAD?

Nothing but the message above

When will Android 10 be supported for Pixel 3? My phone's been nagging me for over a month to upgrade.

Has the status changed since the above posts? Sources state that newer TWRP versions are available with support for Android 10, but the official release repository for this device contains only version 3.3 and earlier.
