TWRP RC1 stops in data restore encryption bug?

I can confirm this issue on a Google Pixel (sailfish) with TWRP 3.0.2.0-rc1. I recall being able to decrypt the partition a few times, after being prompted to do so by TWRP. I don't remember how/why; might have been when booting with fastboot boot boot.img using the custom image from ChainFire.
