Can't boot into recovery ( TWRP 3.1.0-0 ) on Xiaomi mi 4c ( libra ) #897

I flashed the latest twrp, but failed to boot into it, stuck at MI logo.

Same for me with my HTC One X (International Tegra). From the Recovery I can't Boot into System, Bootloader, Recovery neither turn off the Device. The Device is Restarting and then only showing the HTC Logo.
