adb sideload mode not working on angler (nexus6p) latest 3.1.0-0 #907

adb devices shows recovery, start adb sideload feature, takes a long time to show up in adb devices, and then just says device offline.

after reverting to 3.0.3 was able to sucessfully sideload the latest ota zip 7.1.2 (N2G47H) successfully.

using linux and platform-tools version 25.0.4
