WHAT STEPS WILL REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM?

Simply try to download any twrp version from this page: https://dl.twrp.me/star2lte/

WHAT IS THE EXPECTED RESULT?

That the chosen twrp image will be downloaded.

WHAT HAPPENS INSTEAD?

A web page is downloaded instead of the requested image.

If you're trying to curl/wget from a direct link that's not possible. Use the app on Android or any os with an UI and a browser and download whatever you need, it works perfectly like this. Regards

That's what I've did. When I've tried to download using a web browser it didn't download the actual file but rather the web page with the file name. Try it yourself and see...
