WHAT STEPS WILL REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM?

Hi! I have a galaxy tab a10 lte zto (brazil) its gaves me an error code when i try to install twrp by odin "custom binary (recovery) blocked by OEM Lock. I tried to install others twrp versions without sucess. Could somebody give me a help?

My Android is 11 and my binary code is 8. Is twrp out of date for my tab? the versions of twrp i'm using is Samsung Galaxy Tab A 10.1 LTE (2016) (gtaxllte)
