Oneplus 5T, failed User[0] decrypting #293

[x] I am running the latest version of TWRP
[x] I have read the FAQ (https://twrp.me/FAQ/)
[x] I have searched for my issue and it does not already exist

Device codename: cheeseburger TWRP version: twrp-3.7.0_12-1

WHAT STEPS WILL REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM?

Follow the website installing twrp-3.7.0_12-1 for Oneplus 5T cheeseburger
Enter TWRP the normal way.
When asked for the decryption key for 'User[0]' input the correct key
- TWRP always fails
Issue is not present in version twrp-3.6.2_9-0
