[ I cant find anything] I have searched for my issue and it does not already exist

TWRP version: 3.7.0
WHAT STEPS WILL REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM?
On TWRP 3.6.2 I opened the recovery clicked on install, clicked on the button where it supports images. and I installed 3.7.0 and now it is in a bootloop. The download mode shows up but doesnt work.
WHAT IS THE EXPECTED RESULT?
That TWRP 3.7.0 gets installed and everything just works.
