Please always write in english for more help.

It's say Error but's only advise about /data/data/* and you can see that's encrypted. After good decryption so maybe the TWRP can reading/trying again and again and again same folder and a final mesage appears.

That's normal and not have anything wrong. TWRP working good after that? So use and enjoy..... Very devices not have TWRP......

O celular está funcionando normalmente, é só o Google Chrome que não abre, e dentro do twrp que aparece este erro 👍🏻

The phone is working normally, it's just Google Chrome that doesn't open, and within the twrp this error appears

Well solve Google Chrome and TWRP not advise you about or ignore that advise. Simple!
