Error 7 when attempting to flash LineageOS via TWRP #5

I get an error 7 message and my attempt to flash LineageOS via the latest TWRP (https://dl.twrp.me/dumpling/twrp-3.2.3-1-dumpling.img.html) fails. Are there any known regressions with this latest version of TWRP or any suggestions how to proceed? Many thanks.

Solved it through flashing the firmware via https://androidfilehost.com/?fid=962187416754474414
