Photon cannon does not change laser power level #19

If you use a photon cannon with a yellow laser of power 16 then get rid of the cartridge for one of power 255 the laser will come out as only 16 power, swapping to a new laser type and back will set the power level to the right value. (This happens going from a hi to low power level as well.)
