8 months ago Two updates:
(1) Looks like there part of this may be an MRD spec mismatch. @YonniFriedlander has obtained the latest GE MRD converter from Andrew Hahn and rerun the conversion. Updated MRD files are in the same place as before on my shared folder.
(2) Additional issue was identified -- v4 of the pipeline can no longer import DICOMs for the proton scans. We need this capability to support GE scanners. A separate issue #39 has been raised to track the re-implementation of this feature.
@YonniFriedlander reports being able to run the pipeline successfully on our MRD, but not with his own MRD, despite his MRD file working with the GX version 3 code.
Can we run his MRD through the latest GX version and help him troubleshoot?
Yonni has uploaded the MRDs along with the report generated with the old GUI. They're now on our Duke network share under shared -> david -> gx_testing -> yonni.
