[Documentation] SetTimeScale behaviour to be documented #242

Enhancement

I would like to know what SetTimeScale actually does. From testing so far I'm guessing it affects natural physics interactions only, by slowing down velocities of objects. and maybe something else?

The update function seems to be called at the regular interval so there could be issues with mods that do soemthing every update. Particle velocity seems to be not affected.
