[Bug] Various Camera Issues - #431

Describe the bug

There is no camera fade in for the horse it seems. It just instantly switches and does lerp.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Jump on a horse. It's instant.

And when on the outer edges of the map, pressing tab makes the UI glitch a bit
