Hello! I have a Samsung G9 Neo (5120x1440) monitor, and playing teardown is actually sort of a challenge.. it was good before the 1.5 update, because you could just go into the options file and custom set an FOV (140 fov for example), and it would be all fine and dandy! but unfortunaly now since 1.5, even if you change the FOV in the file, it defaults back to 120 upon game boot. The problem with 120, is it would typically be fine on a 16:9 monitor. However, this is 32:9, and even at a 120 fov, the game looks super zoomed in, and you arent able to really even see your tools and is not really able to be played enjoyably. that leaves 2 options of either playing it zoomed in on 32:9, or changing the resolution to 16:9 and not being able to play on my ultrawide monitor because the FOV cant be set high enough..
Describe the solution you'd like
Adding FOV support up to 160 (for people that would like to play either "quake" style, or just general functionality and QOL on ultrawide monitors
Describe alternatives you've considered
changing resolution to 16:9, which defeats the purpose of a very expensive 32:9 monitor, or playing the game on 32:9 while looking like im looking through binoculars the entire time
