Describe the bug

Some of the mods disappear in the mod menu tab on console, some restarts later and they re appear, takes place occasionally.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

Go to '...'
Click on '....'
Scroll down to '....'
See error

Expected behavior

For all the mods to appear.

Environment

Teardown Version [e.g. 0.6.2 (patch 1) -- this is visible at the bottom-right of the main menu]
OS: [e.g. Windows/Linux]
GPU: IM ON CONSOLE
Graphics driver version:
CPU: IM ON CONSOLE

Additional context

Also photo mode can bug through the map.

Hi @RavageGamez,

Can you please clarify which console you play (Xbox or PlayStation)?

Also, please share more details on this issue:

Have you noticed if it is the same mods that are disappearing or random ones?
Does this issue happen with installed mods? Or are you unable to install them?

Also, it would help the team a lot if you could share some pictures of the issue or a small video.
