[Bug] Zip archives under local mods directory notifies "file in use" when deleting via system's file explorer #586

Describe the bug

as described in title

Steps to reproduce the behavior

create any .zip type archive under local mods directory (Documents\Teardown\mods)
start game
delete the archive with system's file explorer
notice pop-up window saying "file in use" error

Expected behavior

archive should be able to be deleted, as folders, other forms of archives and files can be deleted in such case

Environment

Teardown Version 1.6.0
Windows 11 (23H2 22631.3593)
