[Bug] Screen stops moving after placing something out of the spawn menu

Describe the bug

Basically When ever I place cars and objects out of the spawn menu my screen will be unable to move after I place the car/object I can still move using w, a, s, and d but not using my mouse

Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. go to a map (base game or modded)
2. Click on 'ESC' (on your keyboard)
3. Click on "Spawn"
4. Spawn any vehicle (modded and base game)
5. See error

Expected behavior

Self explanatory

Environment

• Teardown Version Standard version as of 8/17/24 (idk the version and patch cus i am a dumbass)
• OS: Windows
• GPU: RTX 2060
• CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
