Distinguish table 0 in the UI #30

Currently Table 0 is displayed in the table spread like any other table. The only visual difference is that its delete button is disabled. There's no explanation why it can't be deleted and no indication that it is where new players arrive or where players from deleted tables go.

My original intention was to refer to table 0 as the "deck" or "bench" and have it displayed in the <TableFrame> sidebar. This can be seen in the "Shuffle bench" text of the button already in the sidebar. Regardless of implementation details, it should be more clear that Table 0 isn't a regular table.

Improve the UI to indicate that table 0 is not a regular table.
