The legacy Google Sheet system allows players to indicate what tiers they want to play when signing in. They may select multiple tiers. Each table can only host players at the same tier. Players may not always receive the tier they request.
The system must allow players to indicate their proffered tiers, associate tables with tiers, and indicate when preferences are not being satisfied. There's no way to guarantee that every player has their preferences met though, so while deviations should definitely be indicated preferences cannot be strictly enforced.
