System reset is not persisting #42

System resets are apparently not reaching the server. To replicate, do the following

  1. create any non-empty arrangement of players and tables.
  2. Pres the system reset button
  3. The reset appears to apply
  4. Reload the page
  5. The reset is undone, showing that it didn't reach the server
