Remove DCI number support #7

Closed TecKnow closed 3 years ago

TecKnow commented 4 years ago

Adventurer's League has stopped recommending the use of DCI numbers even in FLGS and convention play. It is understood that they are no longer reported to Wizards by organizers. Future AL players may not have one and do not need to get one.

Because not all users will have a DCI number, one cannot be required. Because organizers no longer need to report them, there does not seem to be any profit in collecting them.

Remove all references to DCI numbers from the application.

The program was largely rewritten when it became clear that socket.io was the leading solution for keeping the client and server in sync. DCI support was simply not included in the re-write and has thus been effectively removed.
