New build numbering scheme #63

In order to encourage using separate branches for development of features and optimisations, I will change the build numbering scheme a little. That could be like this (just an example):

Branch ID | Branch -- | -- 0 | Pre-Release/Main 1 | VM-Specs-Overhaul 2 | Chinese Translation 3 | Stable Build

It would be abbcc

a is the feature level number (will start at 1 when applied) bb is the branch number (00 is pre-release, 01 is stable) cc is the update number (starts at 00 with every branch)

All of these combined would make the build number.
