USB issues with ARM machines #18

I found some USB issues with input devices, this is probably due to USB support not being initialized in time. That is to be fixed as soon as possible. It persists on EmuGUI 0.4.

Good news: EmuGUI 0.4 now comes with a fix to this issue.
