Added RoadMap Design that appear when Competitve Exam Button is cicked

Solves Issue #691

I have added the Design I proposed in the Issue for the Roadmap of Competitive Exams

Describe the changes you've made

I have added a button on the Home Page upon clicking a new RoadMap. Right now it's filled with Replacement Text though any other contributor can change it. I used useState for its visibility upon Clicking.

@MridulTi u said you will add the roadmap. If u r only adding the design then it won't be accepted.
