Collecting these could offer a checkin perk to users ("we'll send your resumé to companies"), as discussed in TechAtNYU/intranet#58, and could likewise offer a sponsorship perk for companies ("we'll forward you resumés"). So this should be part of the profile + info providing process somehow.

This is such a good idea! I would really love the intranet to just be able to edit your own profile if you're not a TEAM_MEMBER.

The resume can be uploaded to the upload-service as well!
