Clarify readme #32

This PR splits the Getting Started section of the Readme into multiple subsections, making it easier to read for people first looking at the project.

Sure, I'll open an issue and submit a separate PR when I get a chance - I haven't used vagrant / virtualbox before, but I'd like to learn more.
