Create front-end style guides #51

I know this isn't a priority right now, but wouldn't this be cool? It would help with future branding & save time later on when design is a bottleneck (like we sort of saw this semester). & of course, this is a good practice opportunity for eboard interested in design.

@grungerabbit and I were talking about this too and it's something we'd really like to put together. i'm not sure when we'll get to it—if you guys want to start, go for it!—but it's definitely a to do.
