This update allows the end user to stream the chain directly from a working/running node.
Daemon should be stopped on source node sudo systemctl stop zelcash
Watchdog should be stopped on source node pm2 stop watchdog
Remove any bandwidth limits on both the target and the source node
After the download has completed start both the daemon and watchdog on the source node
This is a great option to run before running the main playbook by specifying the tag to preemptively download the bootstrap so it will breeze right through the install.
