Time to Add another webpage for About and Contact section #5

Webpages for About and Contact sections needed!

Intro

Since there are "About" and "Contact" navigation menu options, it's fitting that there should be additional webpage for an About and Contact section.

For the About webpage:

Have same background image, header, and navigation options as the Home page
A different card indicating that it's the About Page of the website
Provide some details for seeing the background image used as the background for the image
In another card, specify another purpose to this website in the About page as a testing ground for the flexible responsive navigation menu options

For the Contact webpage:

Have same background image, header, and navigation options as the Home page
A different card indicating that it's the Contact Page of the website
Provide a general intro about oneself
Redirect to GitHub profile link

Latest pull request and merge into this repo's main branch has included the additions of an About and Contact page for the website!
