Changes:

Added exhibit cards for each button display exhibit
Added a navigation bar, main area, and footer
Redesigned the display of elements for responsive design through CSS grid and flexbox techniques!

Website looks organized. More work needed for the exhibit cards and the interactivity and display of the buttons for each exhibit. Also needs added details about each exhibit. That can be resolved in future pull requests!
