Time to Identify Key Features for my Guess the Secret Number game project in a README file!

Objective:

Update README.md file from this repo and add in key features for my Guess the Secret Number game that I have brainstormed to that README.md file! Then, push those changes to here!

Importance:

By displaying the key features for my Guess the Secret Number game, I can accomplish these two goals simultaneously: 1) I can keep track of what key features to implement for my Guess the Secret Number project. 2) It helps other people when they see my Guess the Secret Number repo know what key features my game can offer to them, which may encourage them to play my game!
