Form Input Elements Redesign

Issues with current design of the form input elements

Currently, the form input elements overlaps with the select game mode buttons, which should not happen (Bug)
Form input elements are also not organized well and not responsively designed

Changes to Implement:

Have the 2 input areas (one for possible maximum and another for possible minimum) to be spaced apart farther from the other elements in the website.
Have the 2 input areas in the form to be responsively designed (its size change as the browser width changes)
Redesign the form area with the 2 input areas for better clarity, organization, and contrast against the other elements of the website
