Updated as many VCs with names starting with 'B' as I could
Not sure about the following:
- Budeyskaya: Couldn't find anything on this name
- Bullet Ventures: There are lot by this name, including Bullet Venture Capital. Which one are we looking for?

We don't know which one it is since it's pulled from an existing list that's in the public. But that's ok, we can skip it.
